• Experience with scheduling and screening in recruitment tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle scheduling and profile screening, scheduling loops, and validation of profiles across recruiting services tools.
• Suggest process improvements and participate in Lean/continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain high quality and improve customer experience; address queries promptly.
• Adhere to process SLAs and work on critical processes with attention to detail and ownership.
• Provide guidance and support to teammates.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle Scheduling and non-scheduling activities like Profile screening, Scheduling loops, comparison and validation of profiles on different Recruiting services tool.
• JLPT N2 or above proficiency in Japanese
• Come up with process improvement ideas and participate in continuous improvement/Lean projects.
• Maintaining highest quality and improving customer experience
• Address customers queries on a timely manner.
• Adhere to process level SLAs.
• Able to work on critical processes which needs dive deep and attention to details.
• Proactive with deliverable and display Ownership
• Providing guidance and support with queries from teammates
