Job summary

Executive Search is seeking an HR Associate II (Screener) to handle profile screening, scheduling loops and validation across recruiting services. You will ensure timely responses and maintain high quality while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work in Hyderabad or Bangalore on a 24x7 shift, with cab pickup, overtime and night shift allowances. The role requires ownership, attention to detail and the ability to address queries from teammates and customers promptly.

Qualifications

• Profile screening and scheduling experience required.
• Ability to propose process improvements and participate in Lean projects.
• Maintain high quality and improve customer experience.
• Address customer queries promptly and adhere to SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Handle Scheduling and non-scheduling activities like profile screening, scheduling loops, comparison and validation of profiles on different Recruiting services tool.
• Able to work on critical processes which needs dive deep and attention to details.
• Proactive with deliverable and display Ownership.
• Providing guidance and support with queries from teammates.
