Job summary

Flex is seeking an HR Assistant (Learning & Development) based in Chennai to support learning interventions, coordinate training programs, and manage timelines. You will handle Workday L&D records and address queries related to programs.

Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, you will publish MIS reports and ensure engaging training delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in HR or L&D.
• Strong MS Excel skills including formulas, pivots and dashboards.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Basic to intermediate project management knowledge.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and vendors professionally.
• Analytical mindset with attention to reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities
