Flex is seeking a Senior Analyst- Accounts Receivable in Chennai to manage invoice generation, disputes, and customer communications.

You will support treasury with cash flow forecasts, prepare AR reports, and assist month-end activities, with shift flexibility as required.

Role requires 2-4 years in AR or finance, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Generate and submit invoices for shipments and services in a timely manner.
• Identify and resolve customer disputes early and coordinate with program managers.
• Contact customers to confirm receipt of shipments, invoices and upcoming payments.
• Lead calls with customers, program managers, and site finance as required.
• Record funds received into Flex Bank and reconcile AR records.
• Prepare weekly AR reports and AR/GL reconciliations; assist treasury with cash forecasts.
• Support monthly close and audit requirements as needed.
