Job summary

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner delivering innovative products. The Learning Operations Specialist role in Chennai supports LMS administration, governance, reporting, and program execution to ensure an efficient learner experience.

The candidate will manage enrollments, administer Workday Learning, and create curricula, while collaborating with regional teams and vendors to improve learning processes and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, Education, L&D, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Operations, LMS Administration or related roles.
• Experience administering LMS (Workday Learning preferred).
• Experience coordinating training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Teams).
• Experience creating reports and analyzing learning data and metrics.
• Knowledge of learning technologies and content platforms such as Articulate Rise, Canva, Adobe is advantageous.
• Familiarity with learning administration, governance, and content lifecycle processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

in Chennai.

Supports global learning operations, LMS administration, reporting, governance, and program execution processes to ensure an efficient and seamless learner experience.

What a typical day looks like:

Program Administration

• Manage enrollments, attendance tracking, evaluations, and communications.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for virtual and instructor-led programs.
• Maintain training calendars and program records.

LMS Administration

• Administer Workday Learning and other learning technologies.
• Create and maintain courses, learning plans, curricula, certifications, and learner assignments.
• Manage content uploads, updates, testing, and retirements.
• Troubleshoot learner and manager issues.

Learning Governance

• Maintain catalog standards, naming conventions, and learning records.
• Support content lifecycle and governance processes.
• Ensure compliance with established platform standards.

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate learning dashboards and reports.
• Monitor completion rates, certifications, and learner activity.
• Conduct learning data audits and quality checks.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with content owners, vendors, IT, and regional teams.
• Track support tickets and learning requests.
• Support implementation of new learning solutions and enhancements.

Process Improvement

• Streamline learning administration processes.
• Support automation and system improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve learner experience and operational efficiency.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, L&D, or a related field
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Operations, LMS Administration, HR Operations, Training Coordination, or a related role.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (Workday Learning experience preferred).
• Experience coordinating training programs, learning activities, or employee development initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and Teams.
• Experience creating reports and analyzing learning data and metrics.
• Strong communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and data quality.
• Experience supporting learning technologies, digital learning content, or learning platforms is an advantage. Knowledge of Articulate RISE, Canva, Adobe, etc is an advantage
• Familiarity with learning administration, learning governance, and content lifecycle processes is preferred.
