Job Description HR & Operations Executive

1. Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviews, selection, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
• Manage daily attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and leave records.
• Conduct employee induction and joining formalities.
• Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

Desired Skills

• Good knowledge of attendance, payroll, recruitment, and HR documentation.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with workers, supervisors, and management.
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, labor compliance, and factory-related HR practices will be preferred.

2. Operations & Administration

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase, Housekeeping ,Maintenance, Dispatch and other departments.
• Monitor manpower availability and arrange manpower as required for production, store, inspection and operations.
• Assist management in resolving day-to-day operational and administrative issues.
• Support implementation of workplace health, safety, and discipline procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant Field
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
• 5-8 years of experience in HR/Admin/Operations, preferably in a manufacturing company.
