You will architect HR data models, implement RLS, integrate SAP SuccessFactors data, and collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or HR Analytics
  • 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development and enterprise reporting
  • Experience with HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale analytics platforms and data models

Responsibilities

  • Design enterprise HR analytics architecture and reporting frameworks.
  • Build scalable HR data models and semantic layers with security controls.
  • Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for executives.
  • Integrate HR data from enterprise systems including SAP SuccessFactors and AWS-based sources.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Analytics & Power BI Lead to design, build, and continuously evolve our global HR analytics platform. This role will be responsible for developing enterprise‑grade analytics solutions, enabling data‑driven workforce decisions, and delivering executive‑level insights through advanced Power BI capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in data architecture, people analytics, Power BI development, and stakeholder management to drive innovation and business impact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Evolve the Global HR Analytics Platform
  • Define and maintain enterprise HR analytics architecture and reporting frameworks.
  • Design scalable semantic models and data structures that support global reporting needs.
  • Establish standards for enterprise reporting, governance, and analytics scalability.
2. Develop Enterprise Power BI Solutions
  • Design and build highly interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Create and optimize advanced DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs.
  • Leverage Power Query (M), Power BI Service, and semantic models to deliver business insights.
  • Enable self‑service analytics across HR and business functions.
3. Optimize Performance & Large Dataset Management
  • Improve dashboard performance through advanced optimization techniques.
  • Implement incremental refresh, aggregations, composite models, and large dataset strategies.
  • Ensure highly responsive and scalable reporting environments.
4. Build HR Data Models & Semantic Layers
  • Design and maintain enterprise HR data models using star schema principles.
  • Develop secure semantic layers that support workforce analytics and reporting requirements.
  • Implement Row‑Level Security (RLS) and optimize data relationships for performance.
5. Integrate HR Data from Enterprise Systems
  • Integrate and transform data from HR systems and enterprise platforms.
  • Work with AWS‑based data ecosystems, APIs, SQL databases, and ETL processes.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across reporting solutions.
6. Deliver Workforce & People Analytics
  • Develop analytics solutions supporting:
    • Headcount Management
    • Attrition Analytics
    • Workforce Planning
    • Talent Acquisition Metrics
    • Organizational Effectiveness
  • Translate business requirements into actionable analytics and insights.
7. Design Executive Analytics Experiences
  • Develop intuitive executive dashboards and scorecards.
  • Apply visual storytelling and user experience principles to maximize business adoption.
  • Present strategic workforce insights to HR and leadership stakeholders.
8. Leverage SAP SuccessFactors Data
  • Understand and model SAP SuccessFactors data including:
    • Employee Central (EC)
    • MDF Objects
    • OData Framework
    • SuccessFactors Reporting
    • HR Master Data Structures
  • Translate HR operational data into enterprise analytics solutions.
9. Ensure Data Security, Compliance & Governance
  • Implement GDPR‑compliant analytics solutions.
  • Manage role‑based access controls and data privacy requirements.
  • Establish governance standards for HR analytics and reporting.
10. Drive Automation & AI‑Powered Analytics
  • Lead adoption of AI‑assisted analytics and GenAI capabilities.
  • Utilize Microsoft Copilot and intelligent automation tools to enhance reporting processes.
  • Explore emerging analytics technologies and reusable frameworks.
11. Reporting Automation & Distribution
  • Automate reporting workflows using Power Automate and SharePoint.
  • Enable scheduled reporting and self‑service distribution mechanisms.
  • Reduce manual effort through workflow automation.
12. Documentation & Standards
  • Develop technical documentation, reporting standards, and best‑practice guides.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer and maintain solution repositories.
  • Support version control and governance processes.
13. Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with HR, IT, Data Engineering, and Business Leaders to understand requirements.
  • Provide consulting and advisory support on workforce analytics.
  • Influence decision‑making through insights and analytics‑driven recommendations.
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, HR Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or HR Analytics.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Power BI development and enterprise reporting.
  • Experience working with HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience designing enterprise‑scale analytics platforms and data models.
