Job summary

Sb Hr Consultancy Kolkata is seeking a Power BI & HR Reporting Analyst to support the reporting transformation workstream as SAP HCM moves to SAP SuccessFactors. You will analyse SAP-based reports and recreate or optimise them using Power BI and SuccessFactors reporting capabilities.

The role requires strong SQL skills, data modelling experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while validating outputs and ensuring ongoing reporting continuity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics.
• Strong SQL development skills.
• Experience with data modelling and HR data reporting.
• Exposure to HR analytics and people data.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a Power BI & HR Reporting Analyst to support the reporting transformation workstream associated with the migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors. The successful candidate will analyse existing SAP-based reports and recreate or optimise them using Power BI and SuccessFactors reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review existing SAP HR reports, dashboards, and reporting logic.
• Analyse KPIs, calculations, data sources, and reporting dependencies.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and visualisations using HR data.
• Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
