Job summary

Atain is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager – People Analytics and Power BI Developer to build HR dashboards, integrate data from multiple sources and deliver actionable insights. This is a technical individual contributor role with a strong focus on Power BI, data modelling, visualization and analytics.

This 6-month contract emphasizes Power BI, DAX, M, and data visualization to create a reliable data model and automated reporting for HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate insights across headcount, attrition, hiring, workforce movement, compensation and other people metrics.
• Translate analytical findings into simple, actionable insights.

Assistant Manager – People Analytics | Power BI Developer

Level: Sr Exec/Assistant Manager

Contract : 6months

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Power BI Developer / Data Analyst to build People Analytics dashboards, integrate data from multiple sources and generate actionable insights.

This is a technical individual contributor role with a strong focus on Power BI, data modelling, visualization and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

HR experience is not mandatory.
