Job summary

Mantras2success Consultants seeks a hands-on HR professional to manage factory-level HR operations, lead the on-ground team, and build robust HR systems and processes.

You will handle day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and ensure labour law compliance, while coordinating with the factory HR team and management on policies and performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ months of HR experience, preferably in FMCG/manufacturing
• Good understanding of HR operations and labour compliance
• Hands-on and comfortable working with employees at the ground level
• Ability to manage a team and take ownership of HR operations
• Willingness to learn, improve and build systems from the ground up
