Greytip Software Private Limited is seeking an HR & Admin Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for corporate office and sales teams. You will coordinate payroll with the Factory team, manage the MD's calendar, and ensure 100% attendance tracking and HRMS data accuracy across multiple locations.
Requires MBA in HR with 4–6 years of HR/Admin experience, FMCG familiarity preferred, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment of the sales force and corporate office teams across several departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and R&D. Act as the primary recruiter by coordinating with the Factory HR recruitment team to fill vacancies efficiently.
Onboarding & Payroll Coordination: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for Corporate Office and Sales staff in different locations. Act as the bridge for payroll by ensuring payroll follow-up with the Factory payroll team.
Admin Support: Maintain the MD's calendar and take ownership of planning the Managing Director's daily schedule.
Track attendance for all Corporate Office staff and manage general administrative duties.
Field & Finance Coordination: Follow up with the field sales team regarding their HR requirements. Coordinate with the Finance team to clear pending bills after obtaining necessary management approvals.
Performance & Compliance Management: Record and follow up on performance tracking based on management and manager inputs. Ensure 100% compliance for all Sales, Marketing, and Corporate employees by coordinating with the Factory HR team and maintaining records in the HR software/HRMS.
Education: MBA in HR
Experience: 4 to 6 years of proven experience in HR and Administration
Technical Skills: End-to-end knowledge of HRMS/HRIS software (from onboarding to relieving). Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is required.
Industry Experience: Experience in the FMCG sector is preferred; manufacturing industry experience is considered a significant advantage.
Traits: Strong execution mindset and the ability to manage cross-functional requirements between the factory, office, and field sales teams.
Working Conditions
Number of Working Days: 6 days per week.
Office Timings: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
Holiday: Sundays.
Travel: No travel required (Position is based permanently at the Corporate Office).

Compensation
CTC: ₹3.0 - 4.0 Lacs per annum.
Probation Period: 6 months (confirmed as a permanent employee upon successful completion).
