Job summary

Updater Services (UDS) in Tiruppur seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations in our hotel-shift environment. You will plan deep-cleaning activities, monitor quality, and supervise staff to ensure high sanitation standards and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of housekeeping supervisory experience, a Hotel Management background, and strong team leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping operations or supervision.
• Hotel Management course preferred.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Experience in guest handling and event coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate deep-cleaning activities.
• Monitor daily housekeeping to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure cabins and premises are cleaned and well maintained.
• Maintain housekeeping logbooks and daily activity records.
• Supervise staff and allocate duties.
• Monitor staff performance and timely task completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate deep-cleaning activities.

Candidate Requirements
