• Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment are maintained, and restock as necessary.
• Implement and monitor safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

• Prepare and submit reports on housekeeping activities, including productivity and budget management.
