Job summary

You will allocate tasks, supervise the team, and conduct routine inspections (up to ~80 rooms daily) while resolving guest requests promptly and ensuring adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards and processes.
• Good team supervision and task-management skills.
• Ability to handle guest interactions and resolve complaints effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations and ensure adherence to defined standards.
• Allocate daily room tasks, manage deep cleaning schedules, and distribute duties.
• Conduct routine inspections (up to ~80 rooms daily) to meet quality benchmarks.
• Supervise staff performance and drive disciplined execution.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints to maintain high CSAT.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure timely closure; follow SOPs.

Eligibility & Skills
