• Turn-Down Service: Provide evening turn-down services, replenishing amenities and ensuring a welcoming room ambiance.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, handle special requests promptly, and provide intuitive, discreet service.
• Supplies & Inventory: Restock guest supplies, linens, and mini-bars accurately; report stock shortages to supervisors.
• Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any room defects, wear and tear, or maintenance issues immediately to the engineering desk.
• Lost and Found: Handle guest belongings with care and log any misplaced items following hotel security protocols.
