Profile Hr Consultants is seeking an experienced Hospitality/Household Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a high-end private property in Gurugram. The role focuses on housekeeping quality, guest experience, maintenance, security, and overall household and facility management.

You will coordinate vehicles, monitor budgets, and manage events and parties for the CMD/Founders, bringing 15+ years of hospitality leadership to a discreet, private establishment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hospitality/executive household management experience.
• Experience managing household budgets and vendor relationships.
• Experience in private establishments for CMDs/Founders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the property, including housekeeping, guest experience, maintenance and security.
• Oversee overall household and facility management and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate vehicle/chauffeur logistics, monitor budgets and assist with events/parties.
