Job summary

Naukripay group is seeking a Hotel Sales Executive in Raipur to drive room bookings, corporate sales, events, and banquets. You will develop client relationships, generate new business, and meet sales targets in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of hotel sales experience with strong communication and negotiation skills, plus knowledge of local markets. This full-time role offers incentives and growth within Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality, travel, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of local corporate and hospitality markets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through corporate, travel agencies, event planners, and individual clients.
• Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, conferences, events, and hospitality services.
• Handle corporate and group booking inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, property visits, and presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, bookings, and sales activities.
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
