Job summary

Brigade Group invites hotel management interns to gain hands-on exposure across F&B Service and Food Production. The program runs for 6 months, offering practical experience in hospitality operations and mentorship by seasoned professionals.

Interns will learn service standards, kitchen workflows, and event preparation while contributing to daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in restaurant, banquet, and club service operations.
