Overview

Location: Himachal (Naggar). Duration: 2–4 months (flexible).

Responsibilities

• Design a small, solid menu (local + comfort & a little fancy)
• Optimize kitchen workflow for a boutique stay
• Help with costing, portions, prep planning
• Train staff to execute food orders consistently
