Job Summary:

We are looking for a persuasive and results-drivenIT Sales Voice Associate to join our team. As aWeb Sales Voice Associate, you will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling ourWeb Designing, Mobile Application and Digital Marketing services over the phone. Your goal will be to establish and maintain strong customer relationships and drive sales growth.

Experience:

• US Shift :- International outbound sales
• Australian Shift:- International outbound sales
• services:- International outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers andgenerate new sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat business andupsell Web Designing, Mobile Application and Digital Marketing services.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Record and maintain accurate customer information in the sales database.
• Stay up-to-date with knowledge ofWeb Designing, Mobile Application and Digital Marketing services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
