Ivan Web solutions is looking for an IT Sales Voice Associate to join our Kolkata team. The role involves generating revenue by selling our Web Designing, Mobile Application, and Digital Marketing services over the phone.

This position requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to work during US or Australian shifts. We provide growth facilities, incentives, and a five-day work week with weekends off.

Job Summary

We are looking for a persuasive and results-driven IT Sales Voice Associate to join our team. As a Web Sales Voice Associate, you will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling our Web Designing, Mobile Application and Digital Marketing services over the phone. Your goal will be to establish and maintain strong customer relationships and drive sales growth.

Experience

• Australian Shift – International outbound sales
• Services – International outbound sales

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and generate new sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat business and upsell Web Designing, Mobile Application and Digital Marketing services.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Record and maintain accurate customer information in the sales database.
• Stay up-to-date with knowledge of Web Designing, Mobile Application and Digital Marketing services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
