Job Summary

We are looking for a persuasive and results‑driven IT Sales Voice Associate to join our team. As a Web Sales Voice Associate, you will generate revenue by promoting and selling our Web Designing, Mobile Application and Digital Marketing services over the phone, establish and maintain strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth.

Experience

• US Shift – International outbound sales
• Australian Shift – International outbound sales
• Services: IT/Website/Product/Digital Marketing Services

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and generate new sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat business and upsell Web Designing, Mobile Application and Digital Marketing services.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Record and maintain accurate customer information in the sales database.
• Stay up-to-date with knowledge of Web Designing, Mobile Application and Digital Marketing services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
