Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a technically skilled professional to support Thermal Analyzer product lines, provide sales-driven demonstrations and trainings, and develop analytical methods for DSC, TGA, DMA, TMA, and hot-stage microscopes. You will travel up to 40% to customer sites, conduct seminars, and share market feedback to guide product development.

You should have an advanced science degree (MTech/M.Sc./PhD or equivalent) and experience in analytical methods and regulatory contexts.

Qualifications

• Customer handling and training capability for technical products.
• Knowledge of analytical instrument markets and customer base.
• Pharma regulations, R&D and QC process workflow desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology and applications support for Thermal Analyzer product lines.
• Perform high level technical sales support via demos and training.
• Develop methods and sample analyses for DSC, TGA, DMA, TMA and hot stage microscopes.
• Analyse customer samples and demonstrate thermal analysis techniques.
• Provide product marketing input and market feedback.
• Conduct seminars and infodays at customer locations.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the technology and applications support of Thermal Analyzer product lines
• To be responsible for the technical activities related to sales, pre- and post-sales support, performing high level technical sales support via demos, technical seminars and customer training.
• Development of methods and sample analysis of Thermal Analyzers i.e. Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC), Thermogravimetric Analyzer (TGA), Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer (DMA), Thermomechanical Analyzer (TMA) and Hot Stage Microscope systems.
• Sample analysis & demonstration of the customer’s samples on Thermal Analysis Techniques.
• To provide product marketing information and related market feedback to enhance existing products or to develop completely new products.
• Conduct seminars and Infodays at customer’s place
• Key Behavioral Attributes:
• Open and effective communication style
• Knowledge of Analytical Instrument market & its customer
• Should have the ability to establish and develop a functional rapport with customer, service and sales personnel in MTIN
• Good team player
• Ability to travel in specific continent. Up to 40% travel is anticipated

What You Need to Succeed

• Qualifications and Technical Skills
• MTech/ M.Sc./ PhD / Equivalent Master Course in the field of science.
• Overall and Specific Experience:
• Customer Handling, Analytical Method Development, Prior experience on Thermal Analysis techniques. Product handling - DSC,TGA,DMA,TMA,Hot stage microscope.
• Pharma regulations, R&D & QC process workflow, Conduct Training & Seminars is desirable
