METTLER TOLEDO in Mumbai seeks a technology and applications specialist for the AutoChem portfolio to support demos, seminars, and customer training. You will drive pre- and post-sales activities, develop leads, coordinate demos with the application team, and provide market feedback for product enhancements.

The role includes webinars and customer events to strengthen engagement. Qualified candidates hold relevant engineering or chemistry degrees and 2–5 years of experience, with SAP and MS

• Chemical Engineering/chemistry background required
• MBA considered a plus with a strong CGPA
• 2 to 5 years experience in related roles

Responsabilidades

• Provide technology and applications support for AutoChem portfolio and live demos.
• Deliver pre- and post-sales support through demos, seminars, and training.
• Develop leads by researching customers and positioning AutoChem solutions.
• Coordinate customer demos with the application team.
• Provide product marketing feedback to enhance existing applications or develop new ones.
• Conduct webinars, seminars, e-demos and Info days at customer sites.
• Look for events to participate and exhibit AutoChem technologies with marketing support.

• To be responsible for the technology and applications support of AutoChem portfolio and execute independent demos for assigned portfolio.
• To be responsible for the technical activities related to sales (pre- and post-sales support) via demos, technical seminars and customer training.
• Develop leads pipeline for sales team by researching customers and positioning AutoChem soutions for their needs and undertaking business development activitites.
• Co Ordinating for customer application demos in association with application team.
• To provide product marketing information and related market feedback to enhance existing products applications or to develop completely new applications.
• Conduct webinars, seminars, e-demos and Info days at customer’s place Works towards customer engagement and better customer experience.
• Look out for suitable events to participate and exhibit AutoChem technologies in close association with marketing team.

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications and Technical Skills:

• M.Tech/ BTech (Chemical Eng )/ MSc (Organic Chemistry)/B Pharm/Mpharm.
• Desired: MBA (Qualification: First Class/ CGPA >7)
• 2 to 5 Years

Overall and Specific Experience:

• Business and applications related experience for technologies related to Chemical Process development.
• Experience on IT tools like SAP, MS Office suites, business presentations.
