Job summary

Rivera Manpower Services is hiring a Senior Analyst Service Support Management in Bengaluru, India. You will act as the branch's primary contact, managing end-to-end policy lifecycle services and participating in renewal reviews with Producers, CSMs and Sales teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in International Voice Banking or Insurance voice, excellent communication, and strong ownership. Knowledge of onboarding and onshore travel is a plus; a U.S. visa is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in International Voice Banking / Insurance / Property & Casualty Insurance voice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, logical-thinking and decision-making skills.
• Experience in transition/onboarding, SPOC or onshore travel is preferred.
• Valid U.S. Visa is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
