Job Title: Senior Analyst – Benefits Support (Voice Process)

Location: on-site Bangalore (Candidates based in Bangalore or open to relocation)

Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM – 2:45 AM / 9:00 PM – 5:45 AM)

Work Experience: 4+ years

Compensation: Up to ₹10.5 LPA

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in healthcare insurance, employee benefits, or customer care (voice process preferred)
• Strong experience in voice-based support roles (international process exposure is an advantage)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Graduate in any discipline
• Candidates should be available to join immediately or within 30 days
• Willingness to work in US shift timings
• Open to candidates based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
