Job Summary:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to insurance policies.
• Assist customers with policy details, premium payments, renewals, claims, and policy status.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information about insurance products.
• Explain policy terms, benefits, coverage, and exclusions.
• Follow up on pending claims, renewals, and customer requests.
• Maintain customer records and update information in CRM systems.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while following company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally over the phone.
• Provide information about life, health, motor, or general insurance.
