Job summary

HealthKart is hiring a Store Manager for our HealthKart Retail Store at Kalyani Nagar/Kharadi in Pune. You will oversee daily store operations, customer service, and sales.

The role requires energetic leadership, strong communication, and hands-on experience in retail sales, nutrition knowledge, and local marketing activities to drive footfall and revenue.

You will manage stock, cash, invoicing, and KPI tracking, while organizing gym visits and product sampling events to raise awareness.

• Excellent Selling Skills

Responsibilities

• Overall operational responsibility of HealthKart store.
• Taking care of customer service
• Creating new customer database to increase the sale and share daily customer footfall report to your reporting manager.
• Stock/Inventory management - inward & outward
• Participate and conduct BTL & Local Store Marking activities to increase Sales of the Store i.e. Gym visit, product sampling in the different kinds of events.
• Handling store - Opening & closing of the store
• Cash management and daily banking with banking partner without any error.
• Raising customers Invoice
• Following store aesthetics
• Strong in operations & eye for detail.
• Strong in maintaining KPIs of the store.
• Promoting of products and services of the organization.
• Prepare and share Daily Sales MIS of the store.
