Job summary

Lenskart invites applications for Store Manager to drive store operations, sales, and customer satisfaction at our Vellore outlet. You will supervise floor activities, manage stock, and ensure process compliance while leading a high-performing team.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, optimizing VM and store hygiene, and delivering excellent customer experiences in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store operations with 2-4 years as Store Manager or 4-6 years as Team Lead / Floor Supervisor.
• Age below 34 years.
• Strong team handling and sales management experience.
