Job summary

HealthKart Retail in Karimnagar is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive customer service, and manage stock. The role requires energy, leadership, and strong knowledge of nutrition and supplements, with 1–6 years in retail sales.

You will lead local marketing activities, gym visits to boost sales, cash handling, invoices, and KPI tracking, while ensuring store aesthetics and compliance. This is a full-time on-site position at HealthKart.

Responsibilities

• Overall operational responsibility of HealthKart store.
• Taking care of customer service
• Creating new customer database to increase the sale and share daily customer footfall report.
• Stock/Inventory management - inward & outward
• Participate and conduct BTL & Local Store Marketing activities to increase Sales of the Store i.e. Gym visit, product sampling in events.
• Handling store - Opening & closing of the store
• Cash management and daily banking with banking partner without any error.
• Raising customers Invoice
• Following store aesthetics
• Strong in operations & eye for detail.
• Strong in maintaining KPIs of the store.
• Promoting of products and services of the organization.
• Prepare and share Daily Sales MIS of the store.
