Job summary

Lenskart Fazilka store is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to drive sales, lead the team, and uphold service standards. You will oversee daily operations, inventory, billing, and customer experience to ensure smooth, profitable store performance.

You will coach staff, analyze sales metrics, manage shifts (including weekends), and coordinate with Area Managers to meet business objectives while maintaining brand integrity and store hygiene.

Qualifications

• 26 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience in eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, telecom, electronics, or organized retail preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and drive store performance.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and meet monthly revenue, conversion, and productivity targets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS).
• Monitor daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and SOP compliance.
• Manage inventory, stock availability, shrinkage, and visual merchandising.
• Oversee billing, cash handling, and POS operations with complete accuracy.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store associates to improve performance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain store hygiene, safety, and brand standards at all times.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Coordinate with Area Managers and support functions to achieve business objectives.
