Ideal candidates have 1–6 years’ experience in health/nutrition retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for promoting wellness products. The role includes gym visits to boost visibility and performance.

Responsibilities

• Overall operational responsibility of HealthKart store.
• Take care of customer service.
• Create new customer database to increase sales and share daily customers.
• Footfall reporting to reporting manager.
• Stock/inventory management - inward & outward.
• Participate in and conduct BTL & Local Store Marketing activities to increase sales.
• Store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Cash management and daily banking with banking partner without errors.
• Raise customer invoices.
• Maintain store aesthetics.
• Strong in operations & attention to detail.
• Maintain store KPIs and promote products and services.
• Prepare and share Daily Sales MIS.
