Procure Hr Services in Mumbai is seeking a skilled field sales professional to drive LAP and secured lending growth. You will source business through Direct, Connector, and DSA channels and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.

The role requires a graduate with 1–6 years of LAP, mortgage or home loan experience, a strong DSA network, local market knowledge, and excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Qualificações

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-6 years of LAP, Mortgage, Home Loan or Secured Lending sales.
• From NBFCs or Small Finance Banks preferred.
• Strong connector/DSA network and local market knowledge.
• Good communication, sales and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to work in a field sales role.
