Job summary

Hikaho System in Kanpur is seeking a Project Manager for the heavy industrial construction sector to lead project execution and drive site operations. You will coordinate with design consultants, manage contracts, and ensure QA/QC and EHS compliance.

The candidate should hold BE Civil with PMP, 16+ years of experience, and familiarity with Primavera P6. NICMAR is preferred. You will lead stakeholder meetings, report progress, and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BE in Civil Engineering (required).
• PMP certification (required).
• NICMAR is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall project execution strategy, considering protocols and confidentiality requirements.
• Prepare and monitor master project schedule, milestones, and resource plans using Primavera P6; define scope, deliverables and WBS.
• Coordinate with design consultants; review Civil, structural, MEP, and process designs.
• Manage contracts including scope, variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Supervise site execution ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate among Contractors, Vendors & Client stakeholders; monitor progress and resource deployment.
• Responsible for QA/QC, EHS management, cost management and budget control.
• Stakeholder coordination and regular progress reporting.
• Documentation & reporting of daily/weekly/monthly progress, safety and quality records.

Major Tasks:

• Develop overall project execution strategy, considering of protocols and confidentiality requirements
• Prepare and monitor master project schedule, milestones, and resource plans using Primavera (P6). Define project scope, deliverables, and work breakdown structure (WBS)
• Coordinate with design consultants . Review Civil, structural, MEP, and process designs
• Manage contracts including Scope, variations, claims, and dispute resolution
• Supervise site execution ensuring Strict adherence to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate among Contractors, Vendors & Client stakeholders. Monitor progress, productivity, and resource deployment
• Responsible for QA/QC, EHS Management, Cost Management & Budget control
• Stakeholder coordination- Client, Consultants, Contractors. Conduct Regular Review meetings & Progress Reporting
• Documentation & Reporting- Maintain comprehensive documentation including Daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, Safety and quality reports, Compliance records
