URC Construction (P) Ltd seeks an experienced Civil Planning Manager (MSP) to lead master schedules for EPC/construction projects in Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on developing baseline plans, tracking progress, and conducting variance analyses while coordinating with site teams, procurement, and clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, with 10–20 years in project planning, and proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6. Bachelor’s is required; Master’s adds advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering required; Masters in Project Management advantageous.
• 10–20 years of experience in project planning for EPC/building-oriented projects.
• Strong proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.

• Develop, monitor, and update master project schedules using MS Project / Primavera P6.

Required Skills & Qualifications
