Job Title: Manager – OD & Talent Development

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced OD & Talent Development Manager to drive organizational effectiveness, competency development, performance management, and L&D initiatives. The role will focus on building career frameworks, competency models, PMS systems, and learning interventions to develop a future-ready workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Design career paths, job families, grading structures, and internal mobility frameworks.
• Develop and implement behavioural & technical competency frameworks across functions.
• Manage end-to-end PMS cycles, including KRA/KPI setting, appraisals, calibration, feedback, and PIPs.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design targeted L&D programs.
• Manage training lifecycle, including content, vendors, delivery, LMS, and training effectiveness.
• Establish standardized Job Description (JD) frameworks and ensure alignment with career architecture and competencies.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and change management initiatives.
• Prepare HR analytics, reports, and leadership presentations using Excel & PowerPoin.

Requirements

• Qualification: MBA / Master’s in HR, OD, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• Experience: 5–10 Years in OD, Talent Development, PMS, or L&D.
• Strong expertise in Job Analysis & Competency Mapping.
• Hands‑on knowledge of LMS and PMS platforms.
• Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
