Job summary

Stanley Lifestyles is seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to lead furniture product innovation, drive growth, and ensure market success. You will develop innovative products and collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to deliver results.

You will manage development teams, ensure feasibility, supervise launches, and monitor performance, leveraging CAD tools to meet customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in design engineering or a related field, preferably in furniture manufacturing or automotive seating.
• Strong CAD skills with Inventor, SolidWorks or SketchUp.

• Ability to design and develop innovative furniture products that meet customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
