We are hiring a Junior Engineer – Product Development to support the engineering and technical aspects of product development. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, CAD software proficiency, and a keen interest in manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

• Support in CAD/CAM modeling, technical drawings, and BOM preparation.
• Work closely with the Lead Engineer and cross-functional teams, including Concept Design, Product Development, and Production.
• Conduct material selection, structural analysis, and design feasibility studies.
• Assist in design validation, testing, and process optimization to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to enhance production efficiency.
• Document design changes, engineering challenges, and process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing technologies to contribute to product innovation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
