Qualifications

1–4 years of relevant hands-on experience in product design.
Experience in furniture and interior product design is preferred.
Proficiency in 3D modeling and technical drawings.
Familiarity with materials selection and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Develop new product concepts aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Create 3D models, technical drawings, BOMs, cut lists, and production documentation.
Lead prototype development, testing, validation, and design improvements.
Ensure products meet design, quality, ergonomic, manufacturing, and installation standards.
Select suitable materials, finishes, hardware, and accessories.
Drive value engineering, cost optimization, and manufacturability improvements.
Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Installation teams.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for new materials, hardware, and product innovations.
Monitor market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
Improve existing products based on customer feedback, quality observations, and installation learnings.

Role Summary

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design, engineering, and development of furniture and interior products across modular kitchens, wardrobes, loose furniture, décor, and home improvement categories. The role is responsible for creating innovative, customer-focused, and manufacturing-ready products while balancing aesthetics, functionality, cost, quality, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Create 3D models, technical drawings, BOMs, cut lists, and production documentation.
