Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers, introducing products and services, and explaining their features and benefits in a clear and compelling manner.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research and data analysis, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
4. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions using our CRM software to track performance and follow up effectively.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have at least 1-4 years of experience in telesales or a similar role. A minimum educational qualification of 12th pass is required. You must possess excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively. Strong listening skills and a results-driven attitude are essential.
