Key Responsibilities

• Drive motor insurance sales and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, agents, and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in Odisha.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, and ensure high retention rates.
• Provide end-to-end support to clients on motor insurance products and claims.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and service delivery.
• Keep up-to-date with motor insurance products, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 – 7 years of experience in Motor Insurance Sales.
• Strong knowledge of motor insurance products, underwriting, and claims process.
• Proven ability to build and manage dealer/agent relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Existing network with dealers, brokers, or channel partners in Cuttack / Odisha is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
