Job summary

Leadec is seeking a skilled CNC maintenance technician to attend service and maintenance calls on heavy CNC machinery across brands such as Mazak, Makino, and Doosan. The role includes preventative maintenance, diagnosing mechanical faults, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

You will read hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and assembly drawings, train operators, and collaborate with engineering teams to boost reliability and performance of CNC systems.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining heavy CNC machinery across multiple brands.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical failures on complex systems.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Able to read hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and machine assembly drawings.

Job description

CNC Maintenance Electrical/Mechanical:

• To attend service and maintenance calls on Heavy CNC machinery like Mazak, Makino, AMS, BFW, Doosan, Aeirex, MAG, Feeler
• To attend service and maintenance calls on CNC machinery like milling, drilling, lathe
• To attend service and maintenance calls on SPM machine like EMT spm, Heller, Nagel-Honing, Gundrill-SPM, Washing Machine
• Conducting regular preventative maintenance on all CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Identifying and resolving system failures by troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical problems.
• Overseeing installation of new CNC machines and providing relevant training to the machine operators.
• Maintaining service logs and reports on all maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
• Work with engineering teams to improve reliability and performance of systems.
• Able to read Hydraluic and pnumatic circuits, Machine assembly drawings, etc.
