Job summary

Foundever is hiring for Non Tech Support - Voice / Blended role in BPM / BPO. The position requires 6 months to 1 year of customer support experience with strong communication. Immediate joiner and flexibility to work shifts are essential.

Role offers full-time, permanent employment with transport to and from the workplace. Salary is fixed with a take-home of 24k for 6 months to 1 year, plus a 2,500 performance bonus and free transport; for 1 year and above, take-home is 26k with a 2,824

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls within client guidelines and deliver quality customer experience on every transaction.

Hi,

Who is Eligible:

• 1) Only experienced 6 months and above 1 year with customer support experienced can apply

• 4) Should be flexible to work in the below shifts only

Shift 1: 5.30pm to 2.30am(Fixed week off on Saturday & Sunday)

Shift 2 : 8.30pm to 5.30am(Fixed week off on Saturday & Sunday )

Salary :( Not negotiable)

6 months to 1yr 24k take home per month + Rs 2500 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop

I yr and above Rs 26k take home per month and +Rs 2824 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls within guidelines established by the client and call center management. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each transaction
• Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively.
• Recognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirements and as directed.
