Qualifications

• Payroll management & HR operations experience required.
• Strong knowledge of PMS and performance management processes.
• Advanced Excel skills for MIS, dashboards and data analysis.

• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT and statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll inputs, validation, attendance, leave and payroll coordination.
• Drive the Performance Management Cycle including goal setting, reviews, appraisals and tracking.
• Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, trackers and workforce reports.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance and HR policies.
• Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT and other applicable requirements.
• Partner with managers on employee performance, engagement and HR initiatives.
• Identify and improve HR processes for efficiency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable with people, processes, numbers, and Excel and should have strong hands‑on experience in managing HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
