Kanyashra Creation is seeking an HR Executive to manage the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. The ideal candidate should be familiar with HR tasks and regulations governing employment.

Responsibilities include implementing policies, coordinating recruitment, maintaining records, managing benefits, evaluating performance, handling employee relations, ensuring labor-law compliance, and presenting HR reports to management. Prior experience in HR is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
