Job summary

KLoBTech is seeking a highly motivated HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting HR initiatives and providing excellent service to employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include managing the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, maintaining HRIS and job descriptions, assisting with recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1+ years of HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail.
