Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Sales professional for branch Retail Liabilities to drive revenue through CASA and cross-sell, while building a strong customer base. You will source high-value customers and manage family banking relationships.

This full-time role requires graduation, 1–3 years in sales, and strong communication skills. Age up to 28 and high energy are preferred for achieving sales targets and growth.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics
• Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA, X-Sell and Third Party Products like Insurance
• Responsible for Sourcing High Value customers along with entire Family Banking relationships
• Sources new to bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel
