Experience Required: 3+ Years Joining:

• We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Design to join our renewable energy team.
• The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in designing ground‑mounted solar PV systems and a strong understanding of engineering principles, industry standards, and project execution.
• Candidates with experience in both Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) design will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop layouts for ground‑mounted solar PV systems using industry‑standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope).
• Project is for –300 mega Walt.
• Conduct site assessments, shading analysis, and energy yield simulations. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, single‑line diagrams (SLDs), and bill of materials (BOM).
• Collaborate with project, procurement, and execution teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals. Ensure compliance with national and international codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Optimize system design for performance, cost, and reliability. Support technical documentation, client presentations, and design approvals.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants for technical evaluations and design validations. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• Proven experience in designing ground‑mounted solar PV systems.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, and MS Office.
