Job summary

Vibgyor Energy in New Delhi seeks an Assistant Manager/Senior Design Engineer to lead PV design for utility-scale and rooftop solar projects. You will drive energy yield analyses and end-to-end layout planning on site in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.

The role requires hands-on use of PVsyst, SketchUp, AutoCAD Electrical, and related tools, with strong coordination from proposal to detailed design and documentation. 5–6 years of solar design experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in utility-scale and rooftop/ground-mount solar projects.
• Strong solar design engineering knowledge with energy yield analysis.
• Experience in design optimization and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead solar PV design engineering for utility-scale and rooftop projects.
• Perform energy yield analysis and optimization of layouts.
• Prepare BOQ and supporting technical documentation.
• Coordinate from proposal through detailed design and documentation.

Assistant Manager/Senior Design Engineer

Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi

Work Days: 6 days/week (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager/Senior Design Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in utility-scale and rooftop/ground mount solar projects, with a strong foundation in solar pv design engineering, and energy yield analysis.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in Utility-Scale & Ground Mount and Rooftop Solar Projects
• Strong Solar Design Engineering Knowledge (knowledge on BESS design would be an advantage)
• Expertise in Design Optimization & Energy Yield Analysis
• Excellent Communication & Project Coordination Skills from Proposal to Detailed Design Engineering
