Job summary

JobItUs in Ahmedabad is seeking a Senior Manager Operations for Solar EPC projects. You will lead ground-mounted solar deployments, oversee planning, execution, and coordination across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires 8–12 years in solar project execution (>100 MW), a BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred), strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of solar plant design, installation, and commissioning.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, SLDs and specifications.
